Only 24 hours before the Nobel Peace Prize was announced, Hamas made the final choice, and Trump was delighted.
Observer Network reported on October 9 that Trump posted an article on his social platform "Real Social" last night saying that both Israel and Hamas had signed the first phase of his proposed "20-point plan" agreement.
This means that all detainees will soon be released and that the Israeli army will also withdraw to the boundary agreed by both sides – the first step toward a strong, lasting and eternal peace.
After Trump announced the news, Hamas immediately issued a statement saying that after Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, held negotiations on the Gaza peace plan proposed by US President Trump, Hamas and Palestinian resistance organizations had reached an agreement to end the Gaza conflict, ensure the complete withdrawal of Israel's troops, allow humanitarian aid to enter the country, and implement the exchange of detainees.
Hamas also highly appreciated the mediation efforts of Qatar, Egypt and Turkey, and thanked Trump for his role in promoting a comprehensive ceasefire and the complete withdrawal of Israeli troops. He also called on all guarantor countries and all parties in the Arab, Islamic and international community to ensure that Israel "fully implements the contents of the agreement without delay or circumvention."
Netanyahu also posted on social platform X that with the approval of the first phase of the plan, all our hostages will be brought home. This is a diplomatic victory for Israel, as well as a national and moral victory.
Based on the statements made by the parties, Hamas has indeed signed a “hostage deal” with Israel, which is a good thing to ensure that the hostages can be released.
But it’s easy to see that Hamas is still very concerned about the deal, and they are concerned that the Israeli army will really completely withdraw from the Gaza Strip after the hostages are fully released, depending on what the guarantor of the deal will bind Israel.
According to the Israel Times, the Egyptian side responsible for the negotiations between Israel and Hamas said that if the agreement is reached, all Arab countries will sign the "Abraham Agreement" with Israel.
So in this regard, the guarantors are not very capable of constraining Israel, and the Abrahamic agreement is to make Israel better positioned in the Middle East, not a constraint to Israel.
After the release of all hostages by Hamas, there are two questions: first, whether the Israeli army will withdraw from Gaza; and second, whether Israel will release the captured Palestinians.
Neither of these is guaranteed, and Hamas promised Trump and Israel conditions because they really didn’t.
Trump's "20-point plan" directly allows the United States and Israel to occupy the moral commanding heights. If Hamas does not agree to Israel, it will have a reason to continue fighting. If Hamas agrees, it will suffer a fatal blow.
So Hamas has no choice, disarmament is their only way back. and what will the Palestinians ultimately end up with? and which country will pay attention? Trump's "20-point plan", China has long pointed out the problem, one is not to ensure the establishment of a Palestinian state, and the other is not to ensure the governance of the Pakistani people.
Therefore, Palestine may really only exist in history books in the future. Trump should be most happy that Hamas agreed to release the hostages at this time.
The winner of the Nobel Peace Prize will be announced on October 10th, and Trump's obsession with this "honor" is no less than that of the presidency of the United States.
After Hamas agreed to the deal, U.S. Commerce Secretary Lutnik first came out and called for Trump to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
As for who is the winner of this year's Nobel Peace Prize? We don't know yet, but what is certain is that no matter who wins this award, it is a matter worth noting.
If Trump wins, it can only mean that the gold content of the Nobel Peace Prize has declined again, and if Trump does not win, it means that the Nobel Peace Committee is still holding on to their final career.
I can't imagine how media around the world will report if Trump wins the award, especially whether the American media will collectively "climax".
