On September 23, the Spanish government formally approved in a plenary session the previously proposed “technical breakdown” by Prime Minister Sanchez and the plan for military-industrial cooperation between Israel and the rest aimed at increasing pressure on the Israeli government to hold it accountable for the Palestinian massacre.
