Israel's National Security Minister enters the Al-Aqsa Mosque area, Saudi Arabia: strongest condemnation!

According to several Israeli media reports on the 8th, Israeli National Security Minister Ben-Gwier entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque area that day under the escort of security personnel.

In a statement, Ben-Gewill said he went to “the outbreak of the conflict” to pray for “the victory of the war, the destruction of Hamas, and the return of the captured.”

Currently, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel are holding a new round of ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip in Egypt.

The Al-Aqsa Mosque is located in the Old City of Jerusalem. Its location is called the "Haram Al-Sharif" by Muslims and the Temple Mount by Israel. Ben Gvir is the leader of the Jewish Power Party, a far-right party in Israel, and has entered the above-mentioned disputed areas many times.

Israel took control of the Old City of Jerusalem from Jordan during the Third Middle East War in 1967.According to the agreement reached between the two countries, the jurisdiction over the area where the Axis Mosque is located remains with the Israeli police in control.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it “condemned Israeli officials and settlers for shooting the Aksha Mosque under the protection of the occupying army, and reiterated its strongest condemnation for the continued attacks on the Aksha Mosque.”
