Russia may have begun counter-repressions against the United States, and within 24 hours, Russia has passed cooperation agreements with the two American countries.
During this period, the relationship between the United States and Russia has changed.
On September 23, Trump and Zelensky met and supported Ukraine's strike against energy facilities, military facilities and other important facilities in Russia. On October 1, the United States declared to the outside that it had approved the provision of intelligence to Ukraine to assist in the strike against Russian territory.
At present, the United States is still considering whether to provide "Tomahawk cruise missiles."
Objectively speaking, Russia is very concerned about the U.S. provision of long-range “Taxic cruise missiles” to Ukraine.
If Ukraine possesses “Taxic cruise missiles,” it means that Ukraine can directly threaten Moscow and affect the Kremlin.
Tomahawk cruise missiles are characterized by being invisible, strong breakthrough capabilities and very high accuracy. Once the interception fails, it will have a direct impact on Moscow and even the Kremlin.
On September 25, Zelensky said in an interview: If they have Tomahawk cruise missiles, it would be best for the Kremlin personnel to know where the bomb shelter is.
Regarding Zelensky’s speech, Russian Security Council Vice-President Medvedev, President’s Press Secretary Peskov, and the highest level of the Russian State Duma have expressed their views, which are roughly similar: if such a situation occurs, Russia will definitely make the United States and Ukraine regret.
In recent days, Russian articles about tactical missiles have also been on the rise.
There are Russian experts who say that “Russia can deal with tactical cruise missiles,” officials who say that “Russia and the United States will completely tear their faces if they use tactical cruise missiles,” and officials who say that “the United States to provide tactical cruise missiles is to declare war on Russia.”
From the words and statements of these people, it can be seen that Russia is still quite avid to U.S. tactical missiles.
As long as the United States provides Ukraine with tactical cruise missiles, the war will immediately escalate.
While, so far, the United States has not promised to provide tactical cruise missiles, this possibility is not ruled out.
From the viewpoint of the October 7 operation, Russia appears to have begun to increase its efforts to deploy the Americas.
① October 7th is an extremely special day, the 73rd birthday of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to the Kremlin, more than 40 foreign leaders have congratulated the Russian president via telephone, telegram or social media.
On this day, Venezuelan President Maduro met with Russian Ambassador to Venezuela Sergei Melik-Baghdasarov.
During the meeting, the two men talked to each other, and Maduro said:
“I am now signing the Law on Ratification of the Treaty on Strategic Partnership and Cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Russian Federation. Starting today (on October 7 when it is signed locally in Venezuela) ... the document will formally enter into force as the law of the Republic. I sincerely thank the National Assembly for speeding up the process.
Put it this way, on October 7, Venezuelan President Maduro signed the "Treaty on Strategic Partnership between Venezuela and Russia."
These days, the U.S. harassed Venezuela several times and bombed Venezuelan ships at least three times at its home gate.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an official statement on October 5, 2025, strongly condemning the US military's attack on ships in international waters near Venezuela on October 3.
Russian Foreign Ministers and Venezuelan Foreign Ministers spoke, and Lavrov said he supported the position of Venezuelan leaders and people.
From Russia’s point of view, they support Venezuela and oppose US bullying.
The question is, this is not the first time that the United States bombed Venezuelan ships. Why didn't it severely condemn it last time?
The real reason is that after the end of September, the U.S. position changed 180 degrees and the US-Russian relationship deteriorated.
The United States can support Ukraine, and Russia can support Venezuela, of course.
② Also on October 7, the Russian State Duma also passed another important military cooperation agreement.
On October 7, the State Duma of Russia approved the military cooperation agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba.
Many of you may still remember the 1962 Cuban Missile Incident.
At the time, because the U.S. deployed long-range missiles in countries such as Turkey, posed a threat to the former Soviet Union, leading the former Soviet Union to start deploying heavy weapons in Cuba.
For a time, the United States and the Soviet Union were at loggerheads, and the "nuclear button" could be pressed at any time.
But if Khrushchev and Kennedy were to struggle a little more, this world would not be the world of now, it would have to be a world that has been bombed with nuclear weapons.
Now that Russia and Cuba have signed a "military cooperation agreement", it seems to repeat relevant operations in the past.
If the United States supplies Ukraine with tactical cruise missiles, Russia will surely consider providing Cuba with heavy weapons to deter the United States.
The United States and Russia now both have about 6000 nuclear bombs. They are really about to tear each other apart. The world is really not peaceful anymore.
From Russia's point of view, it's okay for the United States to provide intelligence. If it provides a major killer to Ukraine and causes great harm to Moscow and the Kremlin, Russia will definitely blame the United States.
From the two cooperation agreements signed on October 7, this is Russia’s counter-action to the United States’ support for Ukraine.
Finally, let me talk about three points about Russia's actions:
First, this is a warning from Russia to the United States.
Putin is a strongman with rich ruling experience, and his work experience in the KGB also makes his psychology extremely stable.
Since September, Trump has expressed his disappointment with Putin.
On September 23, Trump publicly announced that Ukraine would achieve the final victory and Ukraine would gain all lost territory.
During the talks, Trump and Zelensky said they supported Ukraine’s strikes against military facilities and energy facilities in Russia.
The 180-degree change of Trump's position made Russians very unhappy.
Later, the U.S. announced the provision of Ukrainian intelligence to assist Ukraine in striking facilities in Russia, which made the Russians even more angry.
The U.S. has already supplied tactical missiles to Ukraine.
On this basis, Russia passed cooperation agreements with the American countries Cuba and Venezuela, and this is the warning to the United States: you can support Ukraine, and I can support Cuba and Venezuela.
Second, whether the Russia-Ukraine war will escalate is now determined by the actions of the United States.
Russia is now fighting a war of attrition with Ukraine + Europe.
Judging from various domestic situations in Russia, Russia has not yet seen a decline and can still persist for a long time. This kind of tight war depends on whether Europe and Ukraine can withstand it.
If the war escalates, it can be achieved by providing Ukraine with long-range weapons.
Long-range weapons that can be fired to Ukraine, the United States has, and European powers have.
Now it depends on the courage of the United States. If the United States dares not provide Tomahawk missiles, European countries will not dare to provide them either.
As for Ukraine's own long-range missile "Flamingo", although it has a range of up to 3000 kilometers, it only passed the test launch in August, and its shortcomings are also obvious. It is slow, cannot be invisible, and is easy to intercept.
Everything shows that as long as the United States does not increase its support, it will not be easy to further escalate the Russia-Ukraine war.
Third, in the future, if the United States and Europe do not provide long-range weapons, they will not rule out providing technology to Ukraine.
If the U.S. supplies long-range weapons to Ukraine, the fighting will escalate minute by minute.
If the U.S. and Europe do not provide long-range weapons, Ukraine will suffer great losses, Russian weapons can bomb Kiev at any time, while Ukrainian weapons will be difficult to bomb Moscow.
In the future, if the United States and Europe do not want Ukraine to suffer long-term losses and do not rule out quietly providing private technical support, as long as Ukraine's "Flamingo" and other long-range missiles are improved, it will still cause a major deterrent and impact on Russia.
The military game between the United States and Russia is slowly intensifying. I hope that the 1962 "Cuban Missile Incident" will not happen again. The last time, I escaped, but if there is another time, who knows if we can escape it?
If you can't avoid it, it's a disaster for the world, a disaster for humanity...
