Qatar Foreign Ministry: Israel has agreed on a “20-point plan” to stop bombing Gaza

On October 7, local time, Qatar's Foreign Ministry spokesman Magid Ansari said the Gaza ceasefire negotiations were still ongoing and now it is too early to talk about the outcome of the negotiations.

In a speech on the same day, Assari said that the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office had issued a statement in support of the “20 Points Plan” and that military operations such as bombing of the Gaza Strip should be stopped, but the reality is that there are still incidents of attacks in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement on the 3rd announcing that it agreed in principle to the "20-point plan". The Israel Defense Forces also announced on the morning of the 4th that the military has suspended offensive operations in the Gaza Strip. However, from the 5th to the 7th, news of attacks came out many times in the Gaza Strip, including Khan Younis in the south and Gaza City.
