According to the newspaper, Real Madrid is planning to buy back Nico-Pass and Chema in 2026 to enhance and update the team's future lineup.
The situation of Nico Paz has been relatively clear: the club has conveyed to him that he is included in the plan for next season. Although the commitment was only verbal and there was no written document, it was enough for him to reject Spurs' offer of up to 70 million euros this summer.
Currently, Nico Paz is performing very well in Como, scoring 3 goals and 3 assists this season, showing amazing strength in the first six league rounds. Under the terms of the contract, Real Madrid can buy him back for 9 million euros in 2026 or 10 million euros in 2027.
On the other hand, Chema has also gradually become a striking choice. His performance in Stuttgart is impressive and has become a central midfielder. Chema's technical characteristics are similar to those of Jonah Amenny and can be used as a purely defensive midfielder. If Real Madrid decides to sign him, it will need to pay around 10 million euros to buy the remaining 50% ownership. Given his current growth rate and performance, this investment looks very worthwhile.
These two potential signatures will not only bring fresh blood to the team, but will also strengthen the depth of the midfield, especially in the absence of a suitable replacement for Joan Amenny. These transfers will be important as the contract of Sebastian expires (in 2027).In the coming years, both Nico-Pass and Chema will become important assets for Real Madrid.
