Airbus A320 surpasses Boeing 737 for the first time, with the most aircraft delivered in total

With Airbus Europe delivering the latest Airbus A320 series aircraft to Saudi Arabia, the series of aircraft delivered exceeded the Boeing 737 series for the first time, becoming the most cumulative aircraft delivered in aviation history.
