On the morning of October 7th, local time, a building under construction in the center of Madrid, Spain, collapsed. At least 10 people have been confirmed injured and 4 missing. Fire, police and emergency personnel are searching and rescuing at the scene.

The Madrid city government has launched an emergency plan and sent multiple rescue teams to enter the ruins to search for trapped people.
