Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the State Council, sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 7th, saying that the DPRK-Russia alliance will continue to develop.
October 7 is Putin's birthday. Kim Jong-un extended cordial congratulations and greetings to Putin in a congratulatory message.
Kim recalled his meeting with Putin in Beijing in September and pointed out that in the future, North Korea will fully support the rightful struggle of the Russian people to safeguard national sovereignty, territorial integrity and security interests.
Kim Jong-un expressed his belief that the alliance between North Korea and Russia will continue as always and will be passed down unchanged relying on the friendly and close relationship between him and Putin.
