According to the Associated Press, the South Korean military has captured signs of a mass movement of North Korean vehicles and military equipment, which marks North Korea¡¯s preparation for a parade of tens of thousands.

In addition to the speculation about the scale and weapon system of North Korea's military parade, South Korea also pays special attention to the specifications of delegations from other countries that may attend this military parade in North Korea, because this directly shows the attitude of other countries towards North Korea, which may make the diplomatic containment of North Korea by the United States, Japan and South Korea fail, and directly affect the situation on the peninsula.

According to public information, at least three countries have reported that they will send high-level delegations to participate in the North Korean military parade.

At the invitation of the Central Committee of the Labor Party of the DPRK, President of the Party of the Russian Federation, Medvedev, will lead the delegation to visit the DPRK and attend the 80th anniversary celebration.

Because of the close cooperation between Russia and North Korea on security issues, it is no secret that Russia will send delegations to attend, but this time sending Medvedev leadership, indicating that Russia is still more focused on party affairs exchanges, this time probably will not discuss and cooperate with North Korea in the military field.

Secondly, on the same day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam also issued a communiqué stating that at the invitation of Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Su Lim will pay a state visit to North Korea from October 9 to 11, 2025 and attend the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers 'Party of Korea.

Vietnam's top leaders chose to visit the DPRK at this time node, which is the highest standard of support, which can be regarded as the mutual support between socialist countries. In addition, in September last year, a high-level delegation of Vietnam's Ministry of National Defense visited the DPRK, and the two sides rebuilt defense exchanges and cooperation after 13 years. Obviously, Vietnam now intends to further promote the development of bilateral relations.

In addition, according to the KCNA reports, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, President Tolon also plans to visit North Korea, but it is not yet clear whether he will attend the parade, because according to the Laos Times reports, Tolon's visit time is October 7 and 8, and neither side has yet to specify whether Tolon will also attend the parade on October 10.

Finally, the South Korean side is more concerned that China will send a delegation to attend the North Korean parade, especially after Kim Jong-un personally attended the 93rd parade in China, and clearly also has high expectations for the Chinese side.

On September 28th, North Korea¡¯s Foreign Minister, Trudeau, also made a special visit to China, which was also her second visit to Beijing in less than a month, with the obvious purpose of hoping to communicate with the Chinese side on the arrangements for North Korea¡¯s parade.
