According to the U.S. New York Post, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) released a video on the 5th local time, which shows in the city of Portland, Oregon, a demonstrator's hands beheaded in the back, lying on a metal flat truck was dispatched from the scene.

In the video, a demonstrator wearing a hat shirt lay down the face on a flat car, with both hands rebounded, during whining. The video reached 10.9 million views as of the publication.

Under the ICE post, some netizens ironically said, ¡°This shouldn¡¯t be called ¡®internal deportation¡¯?¡± some netizens said, ¡°This is not the way we treat citizens, I hope they will prosecute you.¡±

ICE has not responded to the New York Post's request for comment.

On the afternoon of October 4 local time, U.S. Federal District Judge Karin Immergut issued a ruling temporarily preventing U.S. President Trump from deploying 200 Oregon National Guards to the city of Portland until the trial of the lawsuit against this deployment ended. On the same day, some demonstrators gathered outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office offices in southern Portland to confront law enforcers trying to disperse the crowd.
