The statement also emphasizes,Support the return of the Palestinian National Authority to Gaza,It also established a mechanism to guarantee the security of all sides, ultimately contributing to the full withdrawal of Israel’s armed forces and rebuilding Gaza, and paving the way for peace and justice based on the “two-country plan.”


Hamas issued a statement on the evening of October 3, responding to the "20-point plan" proposed by US President Trump to end the Gaza conflict, expressing its willingness to immediately start negotiations through the mediator. On the evening of October 4, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that Egypt would host negotiations between Israeli and Hamas delegations on the 6th. The talks will focus on the "20-point plan" to discuss on-site conditions and detailed arrangements for the exchange of personnel.
