On October 5, local time, Islamic Revolutionary Guards commander-in-chief Mohammed Pakpur inspected the operational forces stationed on the Persian Gulf island and highlighted their combat readiness.
Pakpur said that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy is well-equipped and well-trained and ready to respond to any external threat. He pointed out that the Iranian armed forces successfully forced Israel and the United States to stop military operations during the previous 12-day Israeli-Iranian conflict. Now, if enemy forces take any provocative actions at sea or island areas, the Iranian navy will be fully prepared to respond. (General reporter Wang Yin)
