The police of the city of Montgomery, the capital of the state of Alabama in the southeast of the United States, informed on 5 October that a group of sexual shootings occurred in the city on the evening of 4 October, causing 2 people to die and 12 people to be wounded.

Police said the shooting occurred at around 23:30 on the 4th, near the downtown commercial street. At that time, two groups of unidentified persons opened fire on each other, killing two people, including a woman, and three of the injured were in critical condition. As of the morning of the 5th, police had not arrested any suspects.
