Source: Elephant News

On October 5th, Apple's current CEO Cook @ TimCook posted a blog to commemorate the 14th anniversary of the death of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. "Steve believes that the future is full of bright and infinite possibilities, illuminating the way ahead and inspiring us to move forward. We miss you, my friend".

Jobs died on October 5, 2011, after years of battling pancreatic cancer. After Jobs' death, Apple held a "Memorial of Steve" event in its Infinite Loop campus, and Tim Cook, Jonny Ivey and others gave speeches.

On June 12th this year, Cook issued a document to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Steve Jobs' landmark graduation speech at Stanford University. Cook said that Jobs' classic advice of "Stay hungry, stay foolish" is still resounding today, inspiring a new generation of graduates to become future leaders.
