North Korea's weapons and equipment exhibition "National Defense Development-2025" opened in Pyongyang, the capital, on October 4th. Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Kim Jong-un analyzed that the United States has recently taken measures to strengthen force to expand its military assets in South Korea and its surrounding areas, posing a serious practical threat to the national security of North Korea and the region.

Kim Jong-un emphasized that North Korea will take additional military measures in response to these actions. If the United States completely ignores the security concerns of regional countries and continues to carry out dangerous force intensification activities, then this development will further promote North Korea to effectively adopt relevant military technical measures to eliminate new threats and maintain a balance of power.
