He said that some Western leaders in the Baltic and Black Sea regions have taken provocative actions against Russia and plan to continue to take similar measures in the north and Far East of Russia. If Russia can maintain sufficient deterrence, it can effectively maintain security stability in the Baltic, Black Sea, North and Far East.
