According to the Rules for the Election of the Chairman of the Democratic Party, in the first round of the election, 295 Chairmen of the National Assembly voted for one vote per person; all over the country, ordinary party members and "party friends" or registered supporters combined in proportion to 295 local votes, a total of 590 votes. In the first round of the vote, the majority of votes won the President. If the first round of the election no one voted for more than half, the first two will enter the second round and win the final.
