British Police: One victim in Jewish church attack may have been murdered by police

On October 2nd, a synagogue in Manchester, England suffered a terrorist attack, killing two people and injuring three others. According to a report by the Financial Times on October 3rd, local time-09, one of the two dead may have been accidentally killed by the police during the operation, and one of the injured was also accidentally injured by the police.

Forensic investigators went to the synagogue where the incident occurred United States Association

Local police chief Stephen Watson said on October 3 that one of the victims was found shot. Since the attacker Jihad Shami was not carrying a gun at the time and only the police opened fire, Watson admitted that this may have been an "unintended consequence of the police taking emergency measures." In addition, one of the three injured people being treated in the hospital was accidentally shot by the police.

Rabbi Daniel Walker, who was presiding at the church at the time of the attack, told media that 53-year-old Adrian Daulby was shot and killed by police while trying to lock the gate of the synagogue.

According to the Financial Times, the Greater Manchester Police Department has made many fatal mistakes in recent years, including its slow response to the 2017 Manchester Arena attack and the killing of unarmed criminal Anthony Granger in 2019 based on flawed intelligence.
