Venezuelan President Maduro on September 30 on social media, congratulated the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, highly praised the outstanding development achievements achieved by New China, and the two countries established a strong partnership on the basis of mutual respect and common development.

¡°76 years ago, Mao Zedong solemnly proclaimed the establishment of the People¡¯s Republic of China to the whole world, and China, with its unwavering will, changed the historical process to become a powerful sovereign state.

Maduro, citing former President Chavez, said that China is a rising non-imperialist, non-colonial power that is actively promoting development and cooperation while consolidating its own development model.

¡°Today we are building a new type of human society in pursuit of peace, freedom, development and an independent future ¨C a real community of destiny,¡± Maduro wrote.

Maduro expressed his "brotherly" greeting to the Chinese people and expressed his willingness to uphold the attitude of mutual respect and jointly open up a broader path of cooperation.
