U.S. officials say Trump has approved intelligence to Ukraine

On October 1, local time, U.S. officials said President Trump had authorized intelligence agencies and the Pentagon to provide intelligence to Ukraine in support of its long-range missile strikes on Russian energy infrastructure.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the move means that the Ukrainian military may obtain more accurate target data in the future, thus expanding the range of strikes on deep-seated targets within Russia. U.S. officials also revealed that the United States is urging NATO allies to take similar measures.
