On the morning of 1 October local time, a T-260B training aircraft belonging to the Italian Air Force's Latina 70th Flight Coalition crashed in the Chilcheo National Park in the city of Sabadia.Two crew members were killed.

It is reported that the plane crashed while performing a training mission and the crash site was located in a forest area where no one stayed. At the time of the crash, the plane disappeared from radar for a while and was finally discovered during a joint search by firefighting helicopters and Air Force helicopters. An investigation is currently underway to find out the cause of the accident. (General reporter Yin Xin)
