Israel was bombed to recruit networks to carry out propaganda "consolidate the foundation of supporters in the United States", sparking public opinion controversy

Israeli Foreign Ministry is recruiting influential cyber red people through third-party companies with a remuneration of up to $7,000 (about RM4.98 million) per social post to conduct propaganda, according to the online magazine "Responsible Statecraft" published on September 30, Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was recruiting influential cyber red people to conduct propaganda. At a recent meeting, Prime Minister Netanyahu said, "We must consolidate the backing base in the United States, this part of the base is being systematically challenged ... we must counteract, how to counteract? rely on our influential characters ... they are very important", this move sparked public opinion controversy over the use of public diplomatic funds.

According to the latest disclosure documents, the "Bridge Partners" company commissioned by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs plans to invest $900,000 from June to November this year, recruiting 14 to 18 netizens to post content on social platforms. Based on estimates of the cost generated, the total remuneration actually allocated to networks between June and September this year is about $55,2946, during which time 75-90 content is expected to be published, single posts rewarding between $6,143 and $7,372.

It is also not clear how many people participated in the project, nor did any stakeholders respond to requests for commentary on specific participants and distribution of remuneration. It is noteworthy that Bridge Partners was founded by Yale Levy and Uri Steinberg, who each owned 50% of the company, the company described its business as helping to "promote cultural exchanges between the United States and Israel".

In addition, the company also hired former Israeli Defense Army spokesman, Major Nadab Stroehler, to participate in the project, a legal adviser from the company’s U.S. wholesale law firm that had served the Israeli spyware company NSO Group.

According to the report, this publicity campaign of "Bridge Partners" was also named "Esther Project". It is not clear whether this campaign has any connection with the "Esther Project" of the same name specifically used by the American Heritage Foundation in October last year to support Israel-the main content of the latter is to suppress pro-Palestinian protests under the banner of "combating anti-Semitism" and disrupt the support of these activities in American universities, progressive political groups and Congress.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry has not yet responded to the matter.
