On September 30, local time, the Danish Ministry of Defense stated through social media that the United States will provide anti-drone support to Denmark during the informal meeting of EU leaders and the meeting of leaders of the European Political Community in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Danish Ministry of Defense expressed its gratitude to the United States for its support, saying that the support "reflects close transatlantic cooperation, which has also shown great strength in dealing with hybrid attacks."
So far, several countries have announced that they will provide security support to Denmark during the meeting.France, Germany and Sweden announced on 29th that they will send military personnel and anti-drone equipment to Denmark to help strengthen the security work of the informal meeting of EU leaders in Copenhagen this week and the meeting of leaders of the European Political Community.

Denmark will assume the rotating presidency of the European Union in the second half of this year. The informal meeting of EU leaders and the meeting of European Political Community leaders will be held in Copenhagen on October 1st and 2nd, respectively.
Since late September, drone activities have been discovered many times over many airports and military facilities in Denmark. The Danish government announced on September 28th that in order to ensure the safety of the EU Leaders' Informal Meeting and the European Political Community Leaders' Meeting to be held in Copenhagen in early October, Denmark decided to ban all civilian drones nationwide from September 29th to October 3rd.
