Poland and Norway sign defense cooperation agreement focusing on anti-drone capabilities

On September 29, Poland and Norway signed a cooperation agreement aimed at comprehensively strengthening bilateral defence cooperation with a focus on anti-drone capability building and regional security, and the two sides planned to boost their strength in this area by learning from Ukraine and investing in its technology.

The two sides agreed that, in the context of recent airspace violations, strengthening deterrence and defense capabilities, especially anti-drone capabilities, is currently a priority for NATO and EU countries.
