In the early morning of September 29th, local time, Typhoon Boroi landed in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam. Hejing Province, Nghe An Province, Guangzhi Province and other places were severely damaged. The roofs of many houses were overturned, and a large number of trees and telephone poles were blown off.

As of the latest statistics at 10 a.m. on 29 local time, the strong wind has caused nine deaths, nine injuries and 21 disappearances.

At present, many disaster-affected areas are still in a power outage situation, which brings great difficulties to disaster statistics and disaster rescue work.
