Huang Runqiu introduced that the environmental departments of the three countries have continuously strengthened pragmatic cooperation to jointly respond to regional and global environmental challenges, successively implemented three phases of joint action plans for environmental cooperation, and achieved fruitful cooperation results in air pollution control, sandstorm prevention and control, chemical environmental management and other fields.
