The relevant U.N. sanctions on Iran have been resumed at 8 a.m. on September 28 Beijing time.Implementation of the so-called "rapid resumption of sanctions" mechanism and the resumption of sanctions against Iraq is illegal.¡£ Iran does not consider itself obligated to comply with these illegal resolutions, including suspending uranium enrichment activities.

Kalibav said any country that attempts to act against Iran in accordance with these illegal resolutions will face a reciprocal and serious response from Iran, and the three European countries that launched the illegal operation will also witness Iran¡¯s response.

To pressure Iran and the United States to resume nuclear talks, Britain, France and Germany informed the Security Council on August 28 that they would initiate a "rapid reinstatement" mechanism under resolution 2231 on Iran's failure to comply with the nuclear agreement.

On September 19, the Security Council failed to pass the draft resolution on continuing the lifting of sanctions against Iran due to nine votes against the United States, Britain and France.

On September 26th, the UN Security Council voted on the draft resolution proposed by China and Russia to extend the Iranian nuclear deal sanctions exemption, but the relevant draft resolution failed to pass. According to the relevant provisions of the Iranian nuclear deal and Security Council Resolution 2231, the sanctions against Iran returned to effect on September 27, Eastern Time.
