Polish Foreign Ministry says gunfire hit the country’s embassy in Ukraine
On September 28, local time, Polish Foreign Ministry spokesperson Vronski said that an artillery shell hit the Polish Embassy in Ukraine. The incident occurred during Russia's overnight attacks on places such as Kyiv, Ukraine. No casualties were caused in the accident.
Vronsky said: “A small-caliber cannon fell on the roof of the Polish consulate, then penetrated the ceiling and fell into the kitchen.”
Vronski said that after preliminary assessment, it was found that the accident did not cause great losses, and the incident would not affect the work of the embassy.
At present, there is no response from the Russian side.
Ukrainian President Zelensky said on social media on the 28th that Russia carried out more than 12 hours of massive airstrikes on Ukraine, mainly attacked the Ukrainian capital Kiev, the state of Kiev, the state of Sumei, and so far in Kiev, four people have been killed and at least 40 people have been wounded across Ukraine.
