The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement on September 28 that the Gaza ceasefire negotiations have been suspended since the Israeli attacks on senior members of Hamas in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on September 9.

The statement said that Hamas has not yet received any new proposals from the mediator.Hamas is willing to study the mediator¡¯s proposals with an active and responsible attitude and a position of upholding national rights.

According to the Israeli newspaper, the "21 point plan" proposed by U.S. President Trump on ending the war in the Gaza Strip and the release of detainees has been submitted to the mediator.
