On September 28, local time, NATO Secretary-General Rutte had a phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky.

The two sides focused on discussing the ¡°Priority Ukraine Demand List¡±, which was promoted by NATO and the United States, allowing allies to fund purchases of U.S. weapons and then deliver them to Ukraine.

Zelensky stressed that the Ukrainian side attaches great importance to the initiative and is discussing with NATO how to expand its scale, enrich its content and attract more countries to participate.
