Parliamentary elections in Moldova

On September 28, Kishino said that a new parliamentary election will be held in Moldova, with 3.3 million voters voting to elect 101 members of the parliament.

According to the Central Election Commission, a total of 14 political parties, four campaign coalitions and four independent candidates are competing for a new seat in the parliament. The vote will begin at 7 p.m. local time on May 28 and end at 21 p.m., with a total of 2,274 polling stations, including 301 overseas polling stations.

In the last parliamentary elections held in July 2021, a total of three political parties or alliances entered parliament, in which the Action and Unity Party won 63 seats, the Communist Party and the Socialist Party campaign coalition won 32 seats, and the Shaul Party won 6 seats.
