On this day, 89 years ago, on April 25, 1936 (March 5, 1936, the Lunar Calendar), the Communist Party of China proposed the establishment of the Anti-Japanese People's Front. On April 25, 1936, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Declaration on the Establishment of the Anti-Japanese People's Front for All Political Parties and Various Groups across the Country." Suggestion to all political parties across the country: "Create an anti-Japanese People's Front to resist the inroads of Japanese imperialist bandits and oppose the insane and shameless behavior of traitors and traitors."
