91 years ago today, January 13, 1934 (November 28, 1933), Jiang's army occupied Fuzhou, the "People's Revolutionary Government" collapsed, and the "Fujian Revolution" failed. Cai Tingkai, commander-in-chief of the 19th Route Army, visited the front line on November 20,1933. Li Jishen, Chen Mingshu, Jiang Guangnai, Cai Tingkai and others launched the Anti-Japanese and Anti-Chiang Incident in Fujian with the 19th Route Army of the Kuomintang as the main force. It is referred to as "Minbian". On the same day, Li Jishen and others held the Interim People's Congress of China in Fuzhou and issued the "Declaration on the Rights of the People." The Fujian Incident broke out. On the 21st, Li Jishen and others telegraphed to break away from the Kuomintang, and then joined forces with members of the Third Party and Shenzhou Guoguang Society to initiate the establishment of the People's Party of Production, with Chen Mingshu as the general secretary. On the 22nd, the People's Revolutionary Government of the Republic of China was announced for its establishment, with eleven members including Li Jishen, Chen Mingshu, and Chen Youren. Li Jishen was appointed chairman. It changed the 22nd year of the Republic of China to the "First Year of the Republic of China" and announced that the central task of the revolutionary government is to seek national liberation externally and eliminate imperialist forces in China; internally, to overthrow warlords, overthrow Kuomintang rule, realize people's democracy and freedom, develop the national economy, and liberate the working people of workers and peasants. After the founding of the People's Revolutionary Government of the Republic of China, it was attacked by public opinion and suppressed by the Chiang Kai-shek government. In late December, Chiang Kai-shek dispatched more than 100,000 direct troops to attack the Jiangxi Soviet Area. With Jiang Dingwen as the commander-in-chief of the former enemy, with the cooperation of the Navy and Air Force, he attacked Yanping, Gutian and other places from eastern Jiangxi and Zhejiang. On January 13, 1934, Jiang's army occupied Fuzhou, and the People's Revolutionary Government of the Republic of China and the headquarters of the 19th Route Army moved to Zhangzhou and Quanzhou respectively. On the 21st, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou fell one after another, and the Fujian Incident finally failed. Li Jishen, Chen Mingshu, Jiang Guangnai, and Cai Tingkai fled to Hong Kong. The designation of the 19th Route Army was cancelled and the army was reorganized by Chiang Kai-shek.
