January 29, 1944 The Nazis planned to cultivate an excellent Aryan nation
Eighty-one years ago today, on January 29, 1944 (January 5, 1944 in the lunar calendar), the Nazis planned to nurture an Aryan nation of excellence. On January 29, 1944, the Nazis took another step in the purification of what they called the German nation, and they hoped to accelerate the breeding of a so-called Aryan nation. The plan was devised by Hitler's private secretary, Martin Bormann, who believed that a perfect German should be a German SS officer. To increase the number of Germanic children known as Nazis, Bormann would lift all social taboos and encourage unmarried women to have children of the Nordic Germanic nation. Pregnant women would be cared for by the "Nurturing Life Group" known as the "Source of Life." Bormann planned that by the end of the war, 10,000 children would live in 22 large families under the group's management. In addition, 200,000 children with Aryan national sacrifices were raised as Germans in Norway, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Bormann planned to tax unmarried Germans and childless couples to fund his genetic phaseout program.
