Rolls-Royce was officially established in the United Kingdom in 1906. The "Silver Devil" sedan was launched the following year and was soon praised as "the best car in the world." The Rolls-Royce brand is still used by two companies on two products. Rolls-Royce Aero Engine Company has regained its vitality and once again ranks among the world's top three aeroengine manufacturers. However, Rolls-Royce Motors Company has done little. In 2003, Rolls-Royce Motors Company was incorporated into the BMW Group.
