Today, 89 years ago, on February 29, 1936 (February 7, 1936) the U.S. Congress approved the newly amended Neutrality Act. On August 31, 1935 and February 29, 1936, the United States passed the Neutrality Act. Due to the changes in the situation, the U.S. government made further amendments to the above-mentioned law, and on May 1, 1937, the U.S. Congress passed the new Neutrality Act signed by President Roosevelt.
