In November 1910, the University of Qing proposed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Faculty the reform of the tourism industry. In which it was mentioned that the name of the tourism industry was changed to the ¡°Qing School¡± because Qing Park was determined as the campus. In December, the government of Qing School approved this reform.

On January 14, 1913, China and the United States renewed the Chinese student loan of 185,000 yuan from the Qingdao Academy. Chinese students were able to continue their studies in the United States with Qingdao's compensation to the United States.
