Renewal of Chinese school.

On May 25, 1908, Roosevelt signed the bill. On December 28, a refund order was issued. On December 31, State Secretary Roth will formally notify the government of Qing. In 1909, the government of Qing established a tourism school, responsible for the direct selection of students to tourism, while starting to prepare for the tourism industry. In November 1910, the University of Qing proposed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Faculty the reform of the tourism industry. In which it was mentioned that the name of the tourism industry was changed to the “Qing School” because Qing Park was determined as the campus. In December, the government of Qing School approved this reform.

On January 14, 1913, China and the United States renewed the Chinese student loan of 185,000 yuan from the Qingdao Academy. Chinese students were able to continue their studies in the United States with Qingdao's compensation to the United States.

Subsequently, under the struggle of progressive people in various countries and the Chinese government, the excess payments were successively returned to all countries to be used for cultural exchanges and study.
