Today, 95 years ago, on December 22, 1930, the Soviet Union completely controlled the food supply.

On December 22, 1930, the Soviet food cooperatives and distribution system did not succeed as Stalin expected.Therefore, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union made a decision: to eliminate bureaucracy and supply food to the hard-working workers who dedicated themselves to communism.

The Central Committee criticized the Ministry of Homeland Supply, which accused ¡°officials in charge of meat supply of anti-Soviet elements¡± of whom 48 were recently shot.

The order issued by the Central Committee recognized the existence of labor problems in the Soviet Union, and ordered that food must be used as a weapon to motivate workers.The Central Committee ordered that ¡°food distribution must be used to help workers increase labor productivity and resist actions that escape the front line of production.¡±

Central leaders also tried to ban private stores from selling food and personally processed foods. Workers should produce and sell food at the lowest cost. In order to get food, Soviets must prove themselves to be workers in a factory or enterprise recognized by the government.

On 5 January 1930, the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin once again taught the peasants what communism was. He formally collectivized the Soviet farms and established agricultural cooperatives. Under this system, land, livestock and all agricultural tools became the property of the state cooperatives. Farmers could use the national property managed by a government official for free. Farm revenues were distributed according to the quantity and quality of farmers' labor. Each farmer could own a house, garden, cattle and a cow. They could sell the vegetables grown in the garden, and their income belonged to themselves. Stalin believed that if this experiment of communism was successful, it would have to make sacrifices and protect the laws. The disaster in the western economy allowed Slin to have some time to conduct this experiment.
