On February 25, 1993, South Korean President Kim Phuc swore the oath to take office. Kim Phuc was born on December 20, 1927, in a family of fishermen in Chongqing, South Korea. Kim Phuc graduated from the Philosophy Department of the University of Hangzhou on February 25, 1993. In 1954, Kim Phuc took three steps into politics, was elected as a congressman of the Liberal Party in the Busan region, and became the youngest member of parliament in South Korea's history. But soon after being arrested and banned for not being satisfied with the power of the South Korean government, Kim Phuc lived in December and participated in the founding of the Democratic Party. In the 1930s, Kim Phuc was elected as a congressman nine times, three times as judge of the Liberal Party
