On February 7, 1974, he was born in Zhejiang (January 16, 1974) and graduated from the Tangshan Road Mining School of Civil Engineering. On February 7, 1974, he went to the United States to study agriculture at the University of Illinois, then entered Harvard University to study meteorology and obtained a doctorate. In 1918, he returned to China as Professor of Geography and Meteorology (formerly Wuhan University) and Professor of Geography and Meteorology in Zhejiang. In 1920, he was appointed director of the Department of Geography at the Tangshan Road Mining School.
