Confucius returned to Ru, although he was honored as the "Old Man", but was not allowed to re-use. Thro his life, he trained more than three thousand disciples, knowledge of six arts (sacrifice, play, fire, book, number) and seventy-two people. In the teaching practice, he summed up a whole set of educational theories, such as teaching materials, learning and thinking, raising an antiquity, inspiring induction and other teaching principles, and the teaching spirit of learning and not being tired, and the learning attitude of "knowing, knowing, knowing, not knowing" and "don't be ashamed to ask" for the latter.

At the age of 69, the only son of Confucius died. At the age of 71, Confucius was very sad and mourned, and said: "Heaven is dead, he is dead!" This year, someone caught a monster called a lint in the west of the country, and soon died. He thought that the appearance and death of the lint of Mercy was a sign of the great turmoil in the heavens, and he stopped writing the book of "Spring Autumn." At the age of 72, suddenly learned that the son was in defense of the dead country and was in mourning.
