The Paris Commune Revolution.

The Paris Commune was the revolutionary working-class government established by the French proletariat in 1871 and the first proletarian regime in human history.

In September, the Paris Revolution overthrew the Second Empire, the Third Republic was proclaimed, and the bourgeois defense government was established. At that time, the Prussian army occupied more than one-third of the territory of France, with 100,000 Prussian troops pursuing Paris. The French workers fought the battle. In three weeks, the National Self-Defense Army, based on workers, grew to about 300,000, and bought hundreds of cannons. But the Defense Government feared that workers would be armed more than that of the Prussian army. After suppressing the two armed uprisings of the people of Paris, it signed a ceasefire agreement with Prussia. In February 1871, the Treasury also organized a new government, continuing to carry out national interests and anti-

In the early morning of 18 March, the Tiger government sent troops to the artillery station in the Montmartre Highlands to try to disarm the workers. The Parisian workers under the leadership of the National Self-Defense Army Central Committee defeated the government troops, carried out an armed uprising and occupied the city government of Paris. The Tiger government fled to Versailles. The Revolution of the Paris Commune was victorious, and the Central Committee of the National Self-Defense Army became actually a revolutionary interim government. But the Central Committee did not win Versailles, but was busy with the election of the Commune, giving the reactionaries a chance to breathe, and committing a fatal mistake. On 28 March, the newly elected member of the Commune, Ravier, solemnly announced: ‘

In the two months after the establishment of the Paris Commune, many major measures with far-reaching implications were implemented: the proclamation of the Commune as the sole authority to replace the old government, the establishment of ten new commissions to replace the departments of the past; the abolition of the army and the army, the proclamation of the National Self-Defense Army as the only armed force based on the workers; the implementation of a democratic system combined with democratic elections and mass supervision; the abolition of high wages and the implementation of part-time and non-part-pay system. The Commune also issued a series of decrees protecting labor. These measures provided valuable experience for the construction of the proletarian regime, enriching and developing the theory of scientific socialism.

Just as Paris was immersed in the joy of the victory of the uprising, the Tibetan government reassembled its armed forces and conspired the Prussian army to invade the Paris area on 21 May. After a week of fierce street battles, in the early morning of 28 May, the Paris Commune fighters were bombarded and the last 147 members were killed by the reactionary army under the walls of the northeastern corner of the Lazarus Cemetery. The wall of the Lazarus Cemetery was later referred to as the "Fighting Wall of the Paris Commune" and was an eternal historical witness to the spirit of the Paris Commune.

Despite the failure of the Paris Commune, the historical achievement of the Commune is indelible.Marx once said: “The Paris of the Workers and its Commune will always be admired as the glorious forerunner of the new society.

March 18, 1871, the Revolution of the Paris Commune.
