Longsin Shop Labor Repair School
On January 1, 1921, China’s first workers’ culture school, the “Jang Sian School of Labor Exercise” was officially opened. In the early days of its opening, Zhang Zhang, Deng Zhao, Lu Zhang and others alternately served as teachers, and Li Qing also went to school for lectures. They used common language and vivid examples to talk about why workers suffered from poverty, why to organize themselves, how foreign workers struggle with capitalists, how to organize trade unions and political parties...
In order to inspire the class awareness of the workers, the teachers, as soon as they had time, went to the workers' house to talk, and read their own songs to the workers, such as "five people unite a tiger, ten people unite a dragon, a hundred people unite into the mountain, who can't move."
In early December 1920, the Communist Group of Beijing decided to establish a labor training school in Yangtsin Shop, Yangtsin Shop Township Hall No. 1, as a workplace to promote Marxism and cultivate the backbone of the workers' movement. On December 9, the official preparation conference was held in Yangtsin Shop, and the Communist Group of Beijing sent four people to the meeting. On the New Year of 1921, Yangtsin Shop Labor Learning Supplement School officially opened.

The march attracted public attention from all walks of life. The Shanghai “Communist Party” monthly magazine warmly welcomed it as “a star worthy of the labor world in the north.”
From the autumn of 1920 to the spring of 1921, after Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Yangtze, Jiangsu, Guangzhou and other cities established local early Communist Party organizations. At the same time, the early organizations of the Journey Day and Journey Party were also established. This shows that the conditions for the formal establishment of the Communist Party of China became mature, and the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China was mentioned on the agenda.
In June 1921, with the help of the Communist International representative Marin and others, Shanghai Communist Party Organization Secretary Li Da and Li Han Jin respectively sent letters to the early organizations, informing them of sending representatives to the Shanghai Boven Women's School to prepare for the first congress.
A total of 13 delegates arrived in Shanghai in a row, respectively: Shanghai representatives Li Da, Li Han Jun, Beijing representatives Zhang Zhang, Li Yin Sheng, Yangsha representatives Mao Zedong, Ho Zheng, Wuhan representatives Jinhua, Zhen Tang, Jiang Zhen representatives Wang Feng Mi, Dung Yin, Guangzhou representatives Chen Zhong Bo, Journey representatives Zhou Feng Hai, Chen outstanding private representatives Bao Yin Monk.
