The army of Waghun (now Hanoi Ski County) led by Sun Yat-sen was the most powerful in the Hanoi Belt Rebellion Army.

In the year 616 (the Twelve Years of Sunni Great Industries) the noble Li Ming, who had participated in Yang Hui's rebellion against Sunni, participated in the Wagheng Army. Under Li Ming's plan, the army defeated the outdated Qing Tzu (now Hanoi, the north-east of Yang Hui) and Liaoang counties.
