South-North Peace Conference held in Shanghai.

The North-South Peace Conference was held at the General Assembly of Shanghai in Germany, where the Southern military government was represented by Dongshao, and the Beijing government was represented by Zhu Yao. Because the North-South negotiations hindered Japan's interests in China, and there was a paradoxical "unification of armed forces" in China, Beijing's government agreed only under pressure from China and abroad. Therefore, Beijing's government representatives, especially those belonging to the Anfots, were opposed and had no sincerity.

On the following morning, the first meeting of the Council was held to discuss such issues as the cease-fire in Shaanxi. Southern delegates proposed an immediate cease-fire in Shaanxi, replaced Shaanxi Chen Shaanxi and stopped recruiting troops.

In the following days, since the Beijing government did not stop Chen's attack on the right-wing Yaman Army, Chen's protest against the five cease-fire measures agreed by the South and North in Shaanxi, the Tang Shao Temple protested to Zhu Yanjing, saying that if Chen's removal and the war in Shaanxi were not stopped, no other bill would be discussed. but the Beijing government has not responded.

On the 28th, the delegate of the Dongshao Temple North responded to the Shaanxi ceasefire question within 2 days, but was still not answered, and the peace deal was suspended.
