Today, 29 years ago, on the 13th of May 1996 (Calendar 26 March 1996), I represent the United Nations for a call to establish a fair and reasonable world news order. On 13th of May 1996, the representative of the United Nations Press Committee at the meeting of the United Nations Committee on the news policy and activities pointed out that the establishment of a fair and reasonable new order and the dissemination of the new order is a universal requirement of the vast majority of developing countries, and is also an important component of the establishment of a new international political and economic order. The United Nations Press Ministry should establish a new world news and dissemination order as its primary task to recognize the world¡¯s diversity and differences between countries, thus eliminating the inequalities and inequalities in the international news order and dissemination system.
