Pope Leo X issued a statement against slavery

On January 14, 1514, Pope Leo XI issued a declaration against slavery.

In slavery, the slave owners own the system of slaves. The work force must be dominated by slaves, without remuneration, and without personal freedom. In a human society, if most of the workers in the field of material production are slaves, such a society is called a slave society.

In addition, ancient Greece, ancient Egypt, Babylon, pre-war China, the South of the United States before the war, and some former colonies of Britain, France, and Russia were subject to slavery.

Pope Leo X (Latin: Papa Leo X, 11 December 1475 – 1 December 1521), formerly named Giovanni di Lorenzo de' Medici, during his reign from 9 March 1513 to 1 December 1521.

Leo X was the son of Lorenzo de Medici. In 1517, during his tenure, Martin Luther published The 95 Articles, which prompted religious reform.

Comments: This dark system without any human rights should be abolished.
