Former North Korean Emperor banned from wearing shirt and changing Chinese clothes

On January 13, 495 Tohoku (467-499), also known as Yongcheng, North Wei Yong-wen emperor. At the age of 5 he was the emperor, and after the death of Feng Tao in 490, he pro-governed.
