On April 22, 2015, China¡¯s National Copyright Office issued the Notice on the Regulation of the Rights of Copyright Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the ¡®Notice¡¯). The Notice states that Internet media reproduction must not be covered by Internet media reproduction and must not be covered by copyright authorization and pay remuneration.
